This is an ongoing two way communication...  I can just hear one station in the noise but the primary I am hearing S9 with a very good signal...

can anyone else hear this????

Yes, this is ROS mode on 27635, very popular mode with the europeans.

14103 is a popular ham band frequency that uses the mode.
