As usual at or below noise floor. I heard bits of audio. This stn is on a lot, surprised it hasn't been busted unless it's licensed.
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Late in the afternoon here, comparing CFRX to OTR. CFRX is slightly stronger vs OTR. OTR also seems a bit "fadey-er" vs CFRX.

CFTX is an S6 at 2044, vs S3-S4 for OTR. CFRX, audio on peaks, OTR no audio.

You're right, it is there (or back??) at 0124z. Seems weaker than usual, perhaps it faded out here earlier.
