Radio Gallifrey Intergalactic 6925 USB 0420 UTC DEC 29, 2014
« on: December 29, 2014, 0436 UTC »
At 0420 s/on very weak, sounded like "The X Files" theme (?)
0430 - electronic music - seems more or less random
0434 - female British accent "I had the sensation of drowning..."
Continue with pseudorandom electronic sounds
Signal now about S5 with occasional audio drops
sent V - V - V in code
.
.
.
0456 - ANN in male voice followed by a digital transmission. Signal too low to copy

SDR recording catch.

0420 sign on with sweeping tones then into Doctor Who theme.
Deep fades around 0432 or so.
Better again by 0443.
Much weaker again at 0445.
Sounds like what could have been a PSK31 transmission around 0457, but way too weak to copy anything but random characters.
