station just barely at the noise floor, heard music at 0106, then mlk jr. saying "i have a dream" at 0108.  still hearing programming, but too weak at the moment.  not detecting a carrier now at 0110.

Just a carrier here since 0102 UTC but no detectable audio...carrier gone sometime around 0110 UTC.
