Boombox Radio 6875.6, 1/27, 1239* *1243+
« on: January 27, 2015, 1245 UTC »
Was tuning through the band to see if anyone was on the air: heard audio here, came back to it, heard a couple seconds of audio, then dead carrier for a minute, and the plug was pulled.

Aaah, it's back on & I just heard a few clear IDs. I guess BBR has power, after all.

Thanks for the blizzard edition of BBR!
Andrew

Listening since 1330 on 6.875.70. Very good signal with some noise, but not a big problem. Headphones not necessary. Boombox Radio ID at 1334. Able to identify a steady stream of songs with a little help from my friend Shazzam: Godless by Dandy Warhols, Nobody Else by Full Crate, You're On by Madeon Feat Kyan, Revive by Coyote kisses, If I Can, Bad Habit by The Kooks, and Torn Apart by Bastille and Grades.

Thanks Boombox for broadcasting for all of us who are snowed in!
