I'm surprised you went with a PCI card. That eliminates laptops, as well as every potential platform other than PCs.

do you know application/use-case where high number if channels should be monitored continuously? I am looking for example applications
we can deliver a 16 ch aka 16 HF receiver in a single card hw...
