SDR recording catch, 0119 sign on with what sounded like a warbling sound. About an S6 signal. Possibly someone talking, then into music.

0118 - First noticed carrier
0119 - A warbling sound being played repeatedly - maybe an Int Sig ?
0121 - Money for Nothing - Dire Straits
0126 - either faded or S/Off - QRT
