XLR8 6950 USB 0044 UTC FEB 11, 2015
« on: February 11, 2015, 0047 UTC »
Music now at S4 here at 0044 UTC Playing an alt rock tune...something about "Freedom"
0049 UTC Song intro live...."This song goes out to...same song as at tune in with man singer repeating the word "Freedom"? over eerie feedback alt rock music (rancorous sounding cacophony of music and sound effects ???)
Thanks for the ID on that song JFarley! Guess he was saying the word "Wheel" and not Freedom....
0059 UTC ID..."X-L-R-8", into more alt rock tuneage
0102 UTC "XLR8"-"When I Was Young"-different version by Eric Burdon
(Did anyone hear the Shrimpman and Honey on the same frequency? Hmmm)
0116 UTC "XLR8", into "All Day and All of the Night"-Kinks
(Rock Solid S7 here now....)
0129 UTC OFF after "XLR8...accelerate"

Hey XLR8 guy...betcha don't have "Dead and Gone"-Gypsy 8)

;D Back on at 0135 UTC with "Dead and Gone"-Gypsy ;D
0138 UTC OFF again...
(Can I borrow your record collection some time XLR8? Haven't heard this song in 30 years!!! Thank you!!!)
Check out the long version of that tune if you get a chance.....one of those FM underground classics from the early 70's....thanks again!

0153 UTC Back on yet again? Nice tune there...is that "It's a Beautiful Day? Or maybe Fairport Convention?
0159 UTC OFF again...well, time for Skip to hit the sack....thanks for an interesting show this evening!
