Strange MCW at 8100khz 1800utc

I've been listening to some apparently random letters transmitted in MCW on 8100 khz. After several minutes I heard SK three times and then: WMMUT  RWAUUUTAWG followed by more random letters.  Any ideas what this is?

At 1814utc station sent AR then repeated TWTRA several times followed by SK then more random letters.

From what you describe, it sure sounds like M8 to me, but get a second opinion.  It looks like the standard 3 msg format, just no joy for agent TWTRA.
