Hearing this too at 0237z. About S3-S5 which is my noise floor tonight. Female singer doing a slow number, possibly country. Male voice immediately after, then into another song.

Off about 0255z or so.

Quite weak here on the SDR recording, there was some FSK on frequency, causing QRM.
