About S7 with fading to about S5 here in northern Minnesota.
I don't recognize any of the music I've heard. Audio seems low given their strength of the signal.
Almost no audio from 0230 to 0233
A cover version of the Beatles "Tax Man" @ 0233UTC in Spanish or Portuguese, maybe?

There was an ID just before they when off air but the only part of it I could understand was "Happy Halloween"

This was an AM signal; Isn't Pesky party Radio always LSB?

S5 carrier with generally weak audio.
Audio came up at 0240.  Non-English song, "Serenade from the Stars" by M-Clan [Shazam ID]
0245 - "No Fish Today" by Kid Creole & the Coconuts

Possibly Peskie Party Radio???

SDR recording catch. 0216 sign on tough copy at first, generally an SIO 111, but improved to an SIO 222 by 0230, and SIO 333 by 0240.
Off at 0247.
