Hearing a unidentified station on 6950 in LSB, with Rap/Pop music, just about the noise floor at 03:59 hrs....
It's 0405 and losing the signal .....

UNID station came on at 0400 UTC on 6950 LSB after Peskie Power Radio signed off with a funky rap sounding tune, then at 0405 switched to USB!
0413 UTC "Black Betty(Blam de Lam)"
Switched to AM for a bit, then off, and back again to AM...hmmm OFF around 0425 UTC

Actually this station is better in 6950USB and he's still on the air, with some sort of Rap skit at 04:08 hrs, then more music. Signal just about the noise floor.....

S6 and good audio and modulation.  "Black Betty" by RamJam @ 0414.
AM now with "Operator".  Audio seems narrower now than a few minutes before.
Off mid-song.  Back on briefly with flute music @ 0425 and off again.
