S9 signal. I would think this was a pescadore based on the frequency, but they are playing Stars and Stripes forever, which seems a little out of character for the peskies.

OK, an OM talking, now it sounds like a pesky :-)

Thanks for the tip Chris...tuning in at 2235 UTC, I heard the standard peskies, but  someone came up over them with the Close Encounters music, a scary laugh, then a few voices in unison with "eeeuuuu".Hmmm...
