0320 UTC - AM Carrier with no modulation
0223 UTC - USB - Man's voice counting "1 2 3 4" and "something went out in the audio chain"

Heard here as well on the SDR recording, an unmodulated carrier starting at 0312, which went off at 0321, no USB heard here.
