I am hearing two men communicating someone spoke about a welder, they may be talking about radios. Unable to read their communication along with the noise and thunder crashes. Good signal but unable to understand the older man who has a bass voice.

Mention 5110khz talking about shortwave radio, this may be the guy who used to be on WBcQ talking about old shortwave radios. Talking about wire too like for a antenna use. This guy recently died in the past month or two! He was on the Alan Weiner program on WBCQ on Friday nights on 7490khz I think his name was Ralph Mouser if I am correct. Talking about transmitters too.

Seems like it was a recording of a QSO on the ham bands (3885 kHz) between Timtron (WA1HLR) and Chuck (K1KW)

Tuned in at 2302 UTC on 6872.7 KHZ with 2 ham ops chatting about radio...gave call signs and one was named Chuck. Man announcer at 2305 UTC with ID and email address and that "QSL's were available for correct reception reports", statement repeated twice, then OFF. I was able to hear program better using USB. Will have to listen back on the recording.....
QSL's to poorbrookking >at< aol.com are greatly appreciated! All reception and postings using My radio, My antenna, and generally in real time(excluding posting of SSTV images!).

Tim and the boys on 3885 are some of the funniest guys on the HF bands. Tonight's "live show" starts in about an hour and goes on all night. I'm a regular listener.
