Nice signal here with rock, ID possibly "Rock Radio" at 0116?  S-9+  Appears to be rebroadcast of "LRR 97.8 Rock Radio" per ID
0124, mentions of Liberty City. According to Wikipedia this is a station on Grand Theft Auto IV"

Mostly an S9 signal, a bit weaker than the earlier transmission.
