2235 UTC At the end of the 2231 UTC song, something was said then OFF. May have been part of a rap tune(or maybe just the pesky on LSB bleeding through)

Caught it here also with the R&B rap tune playing and off at 2236. Signal was lower wirh a S7 and excellent audio. Thanks whoever you were. ???
