Still going -- heard the typical XLR8 ID at 0152 and into a vocal song "Naked Eye" by the Who.  S6 signal in Michigan
a bit of QRN making thing a bit rough,  SINPO 353+43   --Zichi MI
DXing *either* from:
MI -- South Central Lower Michigan with a 25 m randomwire and a LOT of local noise!
or
MI2 -- the tip of Michigan's Thumb with a 100 metre longwire and much quieter conditions.  Radios can be either an SPR-4 or IC-R71A or SDRplay

XLR8 is S-5/8 tonight.  Lots of thunder bumpers so NR is in line and doing the job.  Thanks for the relaxing mix.

Tuned in at 0227utc, fair/poor with static, heard fast punk rock tune, now hear hard rock tune with electronic instruments in somber minor chords, heard ID "XLR8", R8 and dipole.
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
