Lots of static crashes tonight
Heard "There goes another love song"
SIO- 333

transmitter frequency drifting down rather badly, can't keep tuned in in side band at the rate they're drifting.

FAST ID's

Again, using the Melrose Park, Ill. tuner. catching Weatherton Road Radio with a S7-8 and really good audio but dealing with lots of static and fading playing the 'The Outlaws". This is a new catch so I will have to check the recorder we I am back home. Same on the SDR recorder. ID at 0140 and 0300 which is actually "Weather Control Radio". Has now shifted to 6947 the to 6949 playing all sorts of Classic Rock tunes! Heard songs by Lou Reed, Van Morrison, Them,  Monkees, Sam and Dave and INXS. Off at 0313. Any chance of a QSL? Thanks for the great show this evening. NEW CATCH!

Observed carrier tune up then launched into music - didnt catch first song but second was "I'm waiting for my man" by The Velvet Underground.  Good signal strength into Chicago, just lots of static from storms.
