0025z: RMRV K THE RMRV OK TV QSK J1733V(this is most likely wrong) RMRV K

0030z: RIT RIT DE RMRV K

so far RMRV has tried to raise RIT (North Fleet HQ if I remember correctly) at 2355, 0005z, 0015z, 0025z, 0030z.

S9+ here in Maryland by the Bay.

I'm not sure why 0025z would be in English. Maybe because it's international Morse code? or maybe it's just wrong.
