Not sure yet if this is a US pirate, Europirate or a legit (Radio Bayrak International?) station.  I hear pop music, but summer static is making it difficult to copy the song.  Dave Valko has reported hearing a station here in the past, possibly Radio Blue Knight.  After posting this, I will check some web radios to see if the station if based in Europe or not.

I'm getting a carrier here with some very weak threshold music at 2259 UTC and OM at 2301 UTC. Signal is too weak to copy.
Checked back at 2305 UTC and not a trace of a carrier.

Could be Europa 24 transmitting from Germany with 15 KW according to various shortwave schedules. This would be a legit commercial station most likely.

The signal was gone around 2307 UTC for me.  Their was a brief deep voiced male announcer around the top of the hour, but I couldn't even tell what language it was.  I did tune in on the Twente receiver, and it was not any better than my reception, so I'm not sure it is based in Europe.
