7.790 USB Angeles Verdes Mexico Highway Assistance Patrol
« on: January 02, 2010, 0022 UTC »
For those of you who understand spanish check out 7.790 USB. This frequency is used by the "Angeles Verdes" Green Angeles. They patrol the Mexican highway helping stranted motorist and during emergencies or breakdowns. Mobile units have a tilted hf vertical for NVIS propagation. I get them quite well throughout the day in the Los Angeles area.

Thanks for the info!

Mexico is usually a decent catch when all other props go to heck-in-a-handbasket in my neck of the mountains :D

Peace!
