Just signed on, SIO 444.
0023 ID as Cold Country Canada, and gave a frequency of 6969, but am tuned to 6959.
Off at 0030

I checked the recording, and there seemed to be a slight delay on 6959 vs 6969, so perhaps someone was doing a relay?

35353 in Wyomissing.  Same as on 6969.

A/B the signals and the strengths are identical.
