The email address for International Radio Report is irrckut@gmail.com

The HFU has a list of email addresses here, if you know of any not on the list, please feel free to add them http://www.hfunderground.com/wiki/Pirate_radio_station_email_addresses

Also, each entry can take you to a wiki page for that station. Many are blank, but anyone (the station op or a listener) can create/edit the page with information about the station.
