Back on at 0040, OM saying this is a test transmission. No program this evening.

An OK signal here, but a poor frequency choice tonight - I have UTE QRM on both sidebands (there is a PSK UTE below and an FSK UTE above 6950)

0038 UTC OM with ID and talk, but copy is tough...
0040 UTC OM with..."This is a test transmission of Coyote Radio....? no program ?..we are making some adjustments"

Audio sounded pretty clean for spoken word CYOT! The ute QRM is pretty bad on this frequency this evening though.....I'm pretty sure it sounded like CYOT Radio the first 2 ID's at 0040 UTC and Coyote Radio the last 2 ID's...
