Just another disenchanted radio ham, first licensed in the 1970's, returning to his roots.

Amphetamine Radio, 6930U, from 2341, 9/19/15.  Punkish rock, various audio clips, 2346 ID.  I took a break for dinner & came back about 0040 to several tries at SSTV (I could only decode one face), 0050 ID's and g mail address.

Steady S6

Thanks for the show!

6930 USB
Music just audible since around 0015z, a bit stronger around 0135z (Ramones?), no ID audible so far.
0139z: Wallflowers "One Headlight"
0143z: Amphetamine Radio ID with gmail addy.
0149z: SSTV in SC2 120 mode (first for me), fairly clear despite deep fades to noise level.  No copy second SSTV.
0154z: "Ugly Woman/If you wanna be happy"

SINPO=34422, fair peaks with many fades to barely audible

The sun is just setting in the Mojave Desert, so conditions for the SSTV at 0151 were not optimal.  But here it is anyway.

(Edit)  Oddly, the signal seems stronger for the 0228 SSTV, the audio of the preceding music sounded better, but the image quality was not as good for some reason.

This was my first reception of Amphetamine Radio. Came in OK just above the noise floor while the sun was still up.
