I also heard it in Bowling Green, Ohio.  I picked it up from 0045-0100.  Thank you. It made my night.  I love any time Bob Dylan gets airplay.!   Moderate signal.  Easy to tune it. 

 I use a Sagean 803a with a 30 foot longwire inside my condo.

Very good here on the SDR recording. Looks like it signed on 6962 USB first, then adjusted down to 6960.
