Hearing the same here, but not as strong as PghScanner.
S6 to S7 and good audio.
Sent a couple more sstv pics, I'm guessing is the op's reception of Amphetamine Radio...

Nice S5 signal here at 0254 UTC with "Nights In White Satin"-Moody Blues ending, into SSTV, then silence after SSTV
0258 UTC "Eye In The Sky"-Alan Parsons Project
0302 UTC SSTV, then several minutes silence
(Band seems to have quieted down very nicely over the last hour!)
0310 UTC "Right Down the Line"-Gerry Rafferty
0314 UTC SSTV started...then stopped or faded out...hmmm

s6 into DC, one of my faves of late.
minor atmospheric fades, solid punchy audio.
sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.
