2327 sign on directly into music. Very strong signal, but some FSK from a UTE in the background.
Toynbee Radio ID at 2332, back into more music.
2336 More IDs then off.

I went back and checked my SDR recording, which started at 2336 UTC and heard the "Toynbee Radio" ID repeated three times and then off.  Looks like my recording just caught the sign-off.  Faint but very clear despite the weak UTE in the background.
