Reception is actually quite decent into Victoria, BC tonight.  Playing a Spanish version of Aquarius until just now (02:01 UTC), and now into another Spanish song, which I don't recognize.  The ID (squirrel-like) is difficult for me to decipher.  So, could very well be Pesky Party Radio, or such.  A S8 to S9 signal.  Don't see/hear anyone else on the Pirate band tonight.  Another song at 02:03, which sounds French (a female).  Suddenly dropped right down for a few seconds at 02:06, then back with the same female vocalist.  Any chance for eQSL?  73 from Walt (canswl(at)gmail(dot)com.  Using a Perseus SDR.
