I've got a decent S7 carrier on 6942.4 kHz in NY, but that's about it.  At times I think I hear some audio, but it could just be my imagination.  Anyone else receiving this?

Seeing a pretty strong carrier on 6942.4 on the K2SDR WebSDR in New Jersey.  Nothing heard (other than weak peskies) in USB or LSB.
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m

This carrier has been here for a while, it is probably a UTE.
