SSTV transmissions, 6950, 0125 utc, Oct 31 2015

Someone is transmitting SSTV images on 6950, but I cannot decode them. Anyone else have any better luck?
Receivers: Elad FDM-SW2  r390a, WJ-8718, Microtelcom Perseus
Antennas: 65' sloping vertical, Pixel Technologies magnetic loop, Array Solutions SAL-30

Got one quick one in Robot 24 mode so far.

No luck at my end.  Conditions so noisy that the program is having a tough time holding on to the signal.
Just a boy with his radio and some wire.

Kind of off topic, but what are you using todecode robot 24? mmsstv can't handle it.
