EDIT:Listened back on the recording this morning and at 0213 UTC there was a clear ID by OM..."This is Native Radio, the voice of the indigenous people"

S5 here, playing music that sounds familiar, but can't ID them until 0239, playing "Highway Song".
Announcer seems way lower than the music, no chance of IDing here.
