Found this while scanning on Twente.
At c. 2300 UTC thought I heard "QVC" and something about "all across Europe." It's coming in at around S6 or S7 but there's all sorts of static. It's the first pirate (if it even is a pirate) I've successfully picked up on Twente so maybe somebody else can pull it in better than me.

QVC + something about "all across Europe"

Pitty you haven't a short audio clip  from it..

QBC sounds also as (the legal) KBC - and they have jingles with
"All across Europe"
Maybe that station did some (jingle-) editing!?

Hi,

UBC Radio (or QBC Radio ?) heard everyday here in W. Europe since Oct. 11th, but very weak, and quite often disturbed by anything. Well, I heard "all over Europe" too, and "BC" stand for "Broadcasting Corporation".

Is on the air everyday from about 18 UTC to 24h UTC.
