Nice old set indeed.  Early 1970's?  I like the idea of dialing in your frequency piece by piece.  Is there anything going on VLF and LF these days besides beacons?

I think Fair Radio still has a few of those in various states of repair.

A lot of junior Cold Warriors got stuck in out of the way places monitoring the Evil Empire via those things. "A Field Guide to Goats" was required reading.
