0024z ID, shououts & he said he's c/d [we'll see]

Said "low power" but don't sound his usual upbeat self!!! Sounds a bit under the weather, which he said it was raining...

Hmmm, wonder if this might be "Stress Radio" aka "Abu Dhabi" aka "Johnny Tobbaco" aka "Black Bandit"???
Hmmm... No announcements as usual? You OK JT???

I am hearing this shortwave pirate will a excellent signal here in Western South Carolina at 23:38UTC on Eton E1XM european music or romantic ballads Signal is good some fading.
