Been very weak here, started coming up some 20:55z, some noise and slight fading.
Heard talk, sounds like Outhouse Radio.

Same heard here just before top of hour (wasn't watching clock), Wild Cherry "Play That Funky Music", Rick James "Super Freak".  Pitch seemed right around 6925.1, strong and clear, audio seemed a little thin.  No ID heard.
