Tuned in at 0025utc while watching TV, song "I second that emotion", J Hendrix "manic depression", apparently a program about feelings, Drake R8 and temporarily repaired dipole after snowstorm 1½ weeks ago. (edit) I can do without the song "excitable boy" due to sick topic matter. (2nd edit) forgot to say good sig but with a bit of selective fading.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Started listening at roughly 0100 UTC, signal was a solid S9 to S9+10, nice copy with the usual strong, but nicely modulated signal.  Wolverine always has awesome audio, especially for SSB..  Signal then dipped down into the (very intense) noise.

As of 0126 UTC I'm hearing SRV's "Pride and Joy" coming out of the noise, just strong enough to copy.  I bet Wolverine is skipping over me!

As usual, Wolverine has an excellent signal into the Mojave Desert of California.  Since the "Testing 1, 2, 3" it has been on the house sound system.
