Hearing German on 6944v LSB @ 0035 NOV 29

Hearing German on 6944v LSB @ 0035 NOV 29 with huge splattering signal.
Audio was somewhat muffled and could not get a clean catch of frequency.
Assuming male anncr was German but signal s/off @ 0038.
Just a boy with his radio and some wire.

I'm not set up to do audio recordings at this time.
The strength of the signal did catch me by surprise.
BTW, can you suggest what software may be suitable for use with a Drake R8B and a Windows 7 laptop?

Unfortunally is only a spanish OM with "Hola Hola que tal" and once metros audio" shout outs to hear.

No German ... what a pity!
