The background audio was very clear today.  The sound almost sounded as if it was a TV or something like that in the background, but it may not have been.  It is obvious that there is an open mic used in the process someplace.  Whether the transmission is live on an open mic, or is prerecorded using an open mic, is going to be difficult to tell.

There was no broadcast at 13:30UTC on 3277kHz on 2015 Dec 8.
Maybe schedule changes or stop of V28
