Sidebands appeared at 2218 and then there was Country music.  Now, at 2220, there is rock

Fair signal.

Mostly in the noise here with peskie QRM...signal came up to S4 at 2225 UTC but back down to the noise floor at 2227 UTC. Weak carrier after that
2301 UTC Battling the noise here, but music popped up for about a minute...sounded like Elvis Costello... ???
