S6 here, song with YL singer.  I think the announcer said it was Inez Andrews singing, then preaching (or something similar).
Mention of brother Smith.  Prayer @ 2323 concerning CB radio.
2351 - 'this has been Reynard the fox'.

Got the last few minutes of the show at S9+10. That didn't sound like The Fox from 1998-2000 times, but I only heard a small bit of the announcer.
All logs made from my own SDRs, boatanchors, and antennas
QTH: vicinity of Auburn, Alabama

Apparently it was The Fox as I received a QSL from "The Fox" - "free radio for a free people" - this morning.  De Reynard.

The show was a FOX parody:  The Hiway to God Chapel & Indigent's Savings and Loan

Chapel announcer:  Kuumbaka Jihan
Preacher:  Rev. Robt T Moses
Music:  Inez Andrews, Dixie Hummingbirds, The Straubs

Recorded at the Great Scheme of Things (JTAs) summer 1992.  Congregation included:  Ray Cathode, Lady Diode, Workingman, Sharon Sharealike, Bucky Beaver, Phil Music, A J Michaels, et al.  Layered and edited in the studio to add the music and the announcer... and a FOX ID.  First BC in fall 1992.

Howard E Lyon as Jihan and Moses.  Glass of water by... the Munchkin.

"When you send your contribution for our Victory Broadcast this evening, make yo check out ... to CASH."

Pastor Bob prayer cloths no longer available ;D
