Loud +30 signal into Alabama with chanting and Indian music.  Heard an  id "India radio calling" ????

Strong signal into Nebraska @ 0036 playing Indian music with male singer and female chorus.
Thought it might be Partial India Radio, too.  
Indira Calling ID @ 0039 with old Providence maildrop.
So, obviously a relay of this classic station.
Host P. J. Nehru with "Beach Party 2000" (The Beach Boys in Mumbai) show.
