1228z male w/ "I intend to play music from the 50s, 60s & 70s"
1240z signal climbing to s8 peak, female vocal but unfamiliar!
1244z faded or dead air
1245z back on but very high static level, even in ECSS!

***Sounds quite "Euro", almost German/Dutch but static noise is making hearing difficult!!!!
1326z still on but sliding down into noise [grabbed 2-1/2 screen vids]

https://youtu.be/aInZcMKRqZk
https://youtu.be/UXyt0eAiUE8

Listened past 1401z when it seems they wanted to talk & I could not copy any of it through static noise!!!

Just above noise level but good audio when above it!!!
s4-5

Lot of fading but peaks to S7-S8. My noise level is high. Playing some kind of dance/electronic music at 1255 UTC.

S7 noise and fade

1658 mellow/dramatic music playing. Radio drama, dialog "...everything's ready to go..."
1704 sound effects, laughing.
1708 "...I'm hungry Mr. Lang... OK, we'll clean everything out here...Mr. Lang..."

I think this is "The Manipulator".
