I got information that the Italian station Blue Dragon AM should be
on the air on 6975 kHz from 22.00 UTC onwards. So it could be him!

ive been listening to this for awhile now, it definitely sounds like its coming from across the "pond" (somewhere in europe) with a good signal S7-8 and deep fades here in NY.
collins broadcast transmitter type sound quality reminiscent of a sharp audio spectrum cutoff @ 4.5Khz and 100%+ steady modulation, indicative of commercial/professional equipment - nice !
