I'm hearing music at or just above noise floor level here...OM talking over the song? Lots of storm static this evening making for tough copy

2358 UTC OM but I couldn't copy....

**Thanks for the ID DimBulb! Signal is mostly in the noise here but I'm hoping for some moments of clarity  :)

Also have this here in Kentucky, so either exceptional conditions or they are running some power.
Overall, rough copy with the noise crashes.

Odynn via Radio Verona, S5 in New Hampshire but copy can be tough due to QRM from nearby QSOs and UTEs (and lots of thunderstorm static).
