UnId, 6955 U, 0043, 2.27.16.  Unidentified music.  When I was trying to tune in the signal better, there was a pause and might have been XLR8 but I'm not sure.

Tuned in at 0051utc, weak but nice and clear in Chicagoland with some moderate selective fading, Heavy metal music, R2000 & dipole. (edit) just heard ID as XLR8.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. s7 into DC, audio barely legible. carrier drops out for me at 0120. no atmospheric interference. wish conditions were better.
thank you for the show. i will take it on a friday with nothing else happening.

sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.

Hi Julio, welcome to the forum. XLR8 usually IDs itself. Listen for a breathy sounding voice.  Thats great you hear it in Guatemala! I'm in California and its one of the stronger stations East of me.
