« on: February 27, 2016, 1702 UTC »
I confirmed V24's trasmitting site.
The Tx site is located in Gongneung, Seoul, South Korea (37.638548, 127.110523)
The site also transmits Echo of Hope on 6250, 4885kHz and MW jamming on 657, 1053kHz

Please see my recording near transmitter.
