Brownie Radio 6945 USB 0005 UTC 8Mar16
« on: March 08, 2016, 0013 UTC »
Playing rock at around an S5 here.

0026 synth YL ID; was this GSR?  (I guess so; thanks skipmuck!)   I guess not
0038 YL ID, and back to tunes
0045 YL ID, and I really cannot make it out (I'll go with the flow, re-title the post as Brownie Radio, and make an appointment with the ear doc tomorrow!)
0053 Clear Brownie Radio ID and off

Thanks BR; good tunes!

BR; the ID was very tough to understand here, but I think we got our panties straightened out finally.  Thanks for the show!

Nice signal here at 0017z.
Not sure what the ID is, pretty sure it is not Girl Scout Radio. But since it's a synthesized voice, very difficult to decipher.
The concensus in IRC chat seems to be "Brownie Radio".

0018 UTC UNID rock tune at S8 and well above the noise
0022 UTC Different rock tune
0027 UTC YL with ID...Girl Scout Radio?, followed by another UNID rock tune (good music!)
0035 UTC YL with a shoutout to the HF Underground and ID that didn't sound like Girl Scout Radio...hmmm
0039 UTC YL with a repeat of the 0035 UTC ID
0045 UTC YL with ID again...pretty sure she said "Brownie Radio" :)
I'll have to listen back to the ID, but right now the tunes are some good rock I've never heard before....nice!
Signal is still well above the noise floor here at 0050 UTC 8)
0053 UTC YL then OFF at 0054 UTC

Thanks for the entertainment tonight Brownie Radio! Nice USB sound you got there!

0020 - hearing with a nice S9 signal
0026 - Presumed synth ID by YL, a little muffled
0054 - Positive ID by YL as: "Brownie Radio"
YL ann mentioned ..."See you next Monday"...
0055 - S/Off - QRT

Station ID'd numerous times, finaly got it right at b'cast end.

Couldn't tell you the names of these musical selections,
but great music none the less.
:)

Also, a first time catch for me... :)

Caught GSR right at the ID at 0034 into rock tune and ID again at 0038. At 0037, UTE station started up right next to it totally wiping it out, on for 1 min and then back off. Signal is a real solid S7 and good audio. Off at 0053. Thanks GSR! ;D

S6 just above the noisy conditions here.

0039 - GSR ID then into another song
0053 - YL ID that time sounded like Brownie radio. Then gone and an intermittent UTE.

Brownie Radio, 6945u, 3/8/16, 35343

0034z - Oasis - Go Let It Out
0037z - Placebo - Pure Morning, then slammed a bit by RTTY
0038z - ID "somewhere around 6945 and a half"
0041z - Pulp - Common People

I've heard the ID several times - just can't make it out clearly. Apparently it's Brownie Radio.

Thanks Brownie!
