CW? should be E11 at that time and freq. Did you make a recording? I am very interested

Sorry no recording was made, but did hear the same cw in parallel on the u of twente websdr also. No other tfc heard. CF in cw mode was 15916 kHz.

This CW (15916 kHz) appeared to be co channel and unrelated to E11 to me.  It was active well before the scheduled E11 start time and continued for at least a couple of hours off and on.  The CW would run for several minutes, sometimes 15+ minutes, then pause for a while.

The CW appeared to be Russian Morse characters.  I would think, based on the format, that it was likely Russian mil, possibly Navy.  I never got a good callsign I could tie to mil though.  The CW seemed to be hand sent as the spacing between groups / words seemed inconsistent, although the letters were nicely timed.
